Cosmic has a 48 hour cancellation policy. This allows our stylists and artists the ability to fill that reservation time. Cancellations within 48 hours before the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service. No shows are included under this policy. After two no shows, online booking will be unavailable and 100% of the desired service charge will be need to be paid at time of booking directly through Cosmic. Please be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service for which you have been scheduled and a cancellation fee may apply. Due to the nature of our business, refunds are not possible.
